Exchanges or Returns:

• All garments are made to order made to order with care and precision.
• If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described (as per our return policy), please reach out to us at support@bevokalstore.com within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
• The item can be returned if approved, and a replacement will be sent.

Conditions for Acceptance:

• Only products with a genuine reasons defect will be accepted.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

• Rinse in cold water.
• Iron low heat.
• Do not bleach.
• Hand wash or delicate machine wash with mild detergent.
